Want a good meal? To impress your partner for an evening for two? And are you a fan of seafood? This CBD is made for you! Tagliatelle with shrimp and CBD pesto easy to make in less than 30 minutes.
To make this recipe, you will need:
To make CBD pesto:
- fresh parsley
- cherry tomatoes (very ripe tomatoes will also do the trick)
- 50g pine nuts
- 2 medium cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 5 teaspoons of CBD oil
- salt
- pepper
To make the shrimp tagliatelle:
- 500 gr of tagliatelle (fresh or not)
- 1 asparagus
- cherry tomatoes
- 10 g of butter
- 5 cl of olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- Espelette pepper (1 spoon)
- Salt
- pepper
- shrimp (ideally fresh)
- squid (optional)
- molds (optional)
Let’s get to the realization!
Prepare the pesto in advance; after rinsing it carefully with cold water, put all the pesto ingredients in a food processor. Operate the machine until you obtain a thick and smooth sauce. Put everything in a box with a lid, and place in the refrigerator.
The pesto is ready, let's move on to preparing the shrimp tagliatelle (in my recipe, I added squid and a few mussels):
Cook your tagliatelle in boiling salted water (add a pinch of salt when it is at full boil).
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat with the olive oil.
In a salad bowl, put the shrimp (and seafood), add the Espelette pepper, salt, pepper. Mix everything and pour into the saucepan. Add the lemon juice.
While the pasta is cooking, between the 5th and 6th minutes, add the asparagus, cut into pieces beforehand. Drain everything, once the tagliatelle is cooked.
Add the tagliatelle and asparagus to the large saucepan, stir gently and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Then add 8 spoons of CBD pesto.
It's ready !
When serving, garnish with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes (or diced) and accompanied, if desired, with lamb's lettuce or baby spinach (add a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar).
